Keyboard with mouse controls

I use combination of keyboard and mouse for control excavators arm or Buffalo/Scorpion . Here is my setup:

right hand:
AXIS_CRANE_ARM - left mouse X (cab rot)
AXIS_CRANE_ARM2 - left mouse Y (boom)

left hand:
AXIS_CRANE_ARM3 - key_l, key_period (stick)
AXIS_CRANE_TOOL3 - key_k, key_ralt (head tilt, if possible)

This works fine in fs15 and 17. It let me control three axises of the crane at one time (similary to two joy).
But in fs19, when i am moving with AXIS_CRANE_ARM3 or AXIS_CRANE_TOOL3, mouse axis (boom or cab) rapidly decrease their sensivity.
I mean when i press any of that four keys while moving with AXIS_CRANE_ARM2, this axis (boom) nearly stop moving, even if the stick or head tilt are not moving any more (at rotmax or min).
Problem is on all vehicles when i use combination of keyboard and mouse.
I can attach log file when i will be home but i dont think it will be necessary.
