Xbox One X Stuttering

- Issue: I got 19 on the ps4 pro for free in May, enjoyed it so thought I'd buy complete edition on xbox one x in the sale. After playing, I noticed there's a fair amount of stuttering while driving, mainly while ploughing or any slower field work. The ground seems to jitter along.

Compared it to the Ps4 Pro version and it's nice and smooth. I've tried installing it to an external SSD but it still stutters.

UPDATE: Apparently doesn't happen on an original Xbox One.

- Steps to reproduce: drive any tractor while using a tool/going slow on a field it stutters.

Do you have your One X hooked up to a 4K TV? I noticed this problem on mine when I played on console and switching my Xbox display settings from 4K to 1080P seemed to help. Not a lot. Sadly it used to look a lot worse than what you are experiencing lol.
