This was fixed in 1.2.x.x but apparently has shown back up.

I use a set of Tiamat 10 driver 7.1's (yeah, oh whale is meee!) and it sounds like I've got my head in a sweeper hose in game only.

Hi there!

Any way you could add your log file for us so we can check? Headphone's drivers are up to date I'm guessing?
