[MORE INFO] Anderson DLC issue on dedicated server

- Issue: Items unavailable in store
- Single- or Multiplayer: multiplayer
- Steps to reproduce: run on the DLC on a dedicated server
- Does it happen on a standard map without mods yes
- Which vehicles & machines are involved: All Anderson items.

i am unable to use any Anderson DLC on my Nitrado server , works fine in career(single player)

I have tested on base maps (felsbrunn) with no other mods installed , still the items are absent from the shop.

Make sure the DLC is enabled in the mod list, otherwise it won't be available.

Same issue and it is enabled on my mod list same host as well (Nitrado)

Also having the same issue. Have informed Nitrado of the issue incase it's on their end.

If you have access to the web interface: Please try deactivating the DLC and reactivating it, restart the server completely. That should help in most cases.

I have rebooted the server on numerous times. as well as ran the server with Anderson dlc with no other mods. unfortunatly it still does not work.

I have also commanded a reinstall from the web interface - still no joy.

tested now on felsbrunn/ravenport and marwell manor. DLC does not work in multiplayer.

What server provider are you with? Nitrado? All we can do at this point is to askyou to contact their support. The versions we have running here and the ones from several other players are running fine...maybe there was an issue with installing the correct version on the server hoster's side.

I suspect that is the case. When I check the error log it says no license is found for the DLC and to reinstall it, but Nitrado has to deal with that. I've submitted support tickets to them and are currently awaiting resolution.

Did you manage to get this sorted with Nitrado? I am having the same issue, I got an email yesterday saying they are closing the case even though it is still not showing on my server.

No i still have not had this resolved. I have had a response to state they are aware of the issue but it still does not work .

seriously regretting choosing Nitrado - their customer service is abysmal

I have responded to the ticket but its almost like they dont care - its certainly not a priority for them
