You can only customize vehicles in the workshop near the farm, you also have to lift the vehicle before trying to customize.

Also if you want to buy water there is a water tank on Sussex farm near the seed buy point where you can buy it. Easier to go to the lake near plumpton farm or in the cow pasture though

The repair area with the lift inside the building at Sussex Farm is missing after the last update. I don't see anything about it in the patch notes though.

It's opposite field 6 (I think) now- to the East of Sussex Farm on the road up to Sweet Potato where the fuel station used to be

Moved farm yard workshop to over the road by field 6 away from the main yard.
