FS17 Multiplayer Xbox One

Hello. I am currently having issues with MP on the Xbox One Edition for FS17. So, I allow my friend to join the game and when it stops synchronising, I carry on playing but his screen says the game is still synchronising. Please can somebody help me find a solution to this problem? Thanks.
