Neither are going to happen. Doors will not open and nor will engine covers. Doors are possible at some point (modders have already done that in FS17 along with the movement into the tractor) but they would have shown us or hinted at it already if they were in FS19. The engine cover opening would add literally nothing but needless development time that would be better spent elsewhere.

I think the question was asked because the bonnet/hood on the current 1050 mod opens

Actually, as a truck driver, I've been seeing Fendts being trucked down the interstates, here in the U.S.

There's also many farm here in Canada with Fendt equipment. I've never seen a Challenger irl.

Here in germany every second farmer has a Fendt, the other half has New Holland tractors.
I have only seen the Challengers on pictures but never in real life.
