Tried that but it had some issues. My point being why didnt we have the same installer as always like all games. Why change something that was fine before
I had zero issues as did many others who installed the download version from Giants, you made it needlessly complicated by the sounds of it.

Crazof wrote: Tue Nov 20, 2018 10:57 pm I watched a video today on chickens, I don't understand why there needs to be so much terraforming($150K total cost) to put in a chicken pen, it's mostly just fence. chickens don't need to live in a perfectly flat area. the pen was put into a field, i would think that if the field is flat/smooth enough to work, plant, harvest it's flat/smooth enough for chickens.

My copy was delivered today while I've been here at work, I'll see how things go in another couple hours.
I just placed a chicken coop on felsbrun, cost me 20k. Depends where you put it. As I said in a previous message on this thread, I think when Mr Sealyp put it on an actual field, this costs more money. I tried doing that in the same area as I placed it on grass and the price rocketed.

It must be nice. Did the american map, field 5, 25 acre harvest of canola delivered to restaurant. Did entire field, 35 minutes of wasted time. Delivered everything from field , only 98 percent complete. Total waste of time. Game is bad.

They should have said "Game is bad, to me" not "Game is bad" everyone has their opinions some going to like it others not so much, I can't say anything as I haven't played yet about to go pick it up at gamestop as I preordered the game way back in early July

The game looks awesome.
The vehicles looks awesome.
The tool looks awesome.
The maps looks awesome and realistic.
But that was it.
Have you tried Estancia Lapacho already?
Then you understand exactly what I mean.
I'm pretty disappointed.

I mean the game is really pretty. The skid steer feels weird, especially with the BOOM NOISE CUTS OUT HALFWAY THROUGH.

Well have to say after giving this another go tonight. I can safely say I will be getting a refund. So disappointing is an understatement. What with the slot count. The bugs. To name but a few. Think Giants have lost the plot this time. They even released a month later than normal. And we still end up with in my opinion a beta version of the game.

We’ve had our issues in the past, but I totally agree with everything you’ve stated in this thread.

I’m enjoying it a lot. The graphics are outstanding and the gameplay thus far is great. *thumbsup*

we only ever had that one row about the mods.. I remember that day.. words were exchanged lol.. in fact I don't recall ive ever seen another instance of lowkey tactical insults being exchanged like that on here lolol.. but yea im having a blast.. on one monitor I have a harvester going and on another I hop on and off here seeing if anything new has been figured out.. ive not put this many consecutive hours in any game since the first half of fs17

Yes you did! And I appreciate it very much. Made it an entirely new game for me. Giants gave console gamers access when we otherwise wouldn't have. A lot of other game developers would've taken the idea, put it in an official DLC and charged players for it.

sittinhere wrote: Tue Nov 20, 2018 7:11 pm There isn’t a game that comes out that does not have issues. ALL games have bugs and issues when they are released and doesn’t matter if it’s s big company or small. Same result. Maybe should set a more realistic expectations instead of shooting for the moon and stars.
Do you know what my signature is? Yeah there are bugs, but it's the closest to perfect of any game I've ever played. They shot for the moon and stars and went beyond. I try not to compare Giants with Rockstar, but you went there, so I did.
So your taking 1 game out of the hundreds that come out and compare it to fs19?? Sorry but rdr2 has its own share of faults

I play on the X and have to say am really disappointed. Build your own farm, how? You've removed most of the placeables!? X enhanced??? Graphics are slightly better than 17 and the dynamic sky is clunky. Garage view is good i suppose but im not playing garage simulator. After a 2 year wait i can still see me playing 17 more and am disappointed that the hype and trailers were better than the final product
