Game don't start after installing shadermod

I installed the shadermod but then the game don't start anymore. I deleted the whole game en reinstalled it again but still it don't start. I just hear the cd turning and see the symbol appearing but then it just dissappears again and nothing happens. It worked before I installed the shadermod. I'm playing on PC.
