I'm confused,

I selected the grass cutting contract.

I cut the grass, dried, gathered it, baled it and sold all the bales at the barn.
The contract still says 20% complete. Any tips on how to collect the contract?

Is this on Felsbrunn on field 30 I think, 5700 for the contract.
If so I got 33 bales from the field and sold 32 of them at the barn, after the first 16 it said 51% completed.

Were you baling as you mowed or cut grass first, bale later?

Just curious if it counted cutting as a certain percentage, baling another. Then I guess selling the bales would complete a different part of the mission?

This is on the US map, not sure of the name, I'm playing on the far right difficulty option on Xbox one if that matters. It was field 9, once I mowed all the grass with the leased equipment it was 20% complete. I dried the grass, then used the machine (not sure of the name) that lines all the dried grass up into lines. Then I baled it, took all the bales to the barn, I think it was 3 trips (16 each trip). Once all that was finished it said 20% complete.

I returned all the equipment and it was still 20% complete, not sure how to proceed, I tried to take on another contract and it told me I already had one in progress. I eventually cancelled it, it said FAILED and I moved onto other contracts.

Are you sure the contract told you to turn the grass into hay, or did it tell you to sell the grass bales

Yes, I wasn't sure on that so I double-checked it said sell the HAY BALES, so I figured that meant dried and not grass bales.

No biggie, I'll try again on the next one.

Did the grass change colour when you used the tedder? If not it stayed as grass and that's why it didn't progress any further.
