Remove bushes?

Is there a way in FS19 to remove bushes?
I'd like to build my farm somewhere where currently a lot of bushes grow.

Just FYI... I have been experimenting and the only way I have found to remove bushes is by plowing (creating fields) and then using the field removal roller to turn the ground back to grass.
The stump grinder and roller do not work on bushes.
It seems kind of silly that it's easy to remove a tree but I can't find a decent pair of loppers to cut a bush.

At least we can remove bushes now. In 17, they stayed no matter what you did.

Muskiet, how did you get the field removal roller to unfold and get into working mode? I’m on PC with a Saitek side panel and wheel.

I'm certain it's the default unload key, I use a Xbox one controller on pc and certain it was RB and A. You need to unfold it while it's connected in the transport position.

Whit that roller will grass then grow back? Or will it stay flat and only got texture?

No I don't think grass will grow back.

So it wil only got texture... thats a shame i made a little fault on my field what i extend... then i wil fix it to seed grass and dont use the roller. Thanks!

Map makers should follow Mercury Farms example I have had a great time taking out posts and hedges changing field sizes planting trees making the map the way i want it and the best thing is it works no problems take note fs 2019

Yes, you plow and then delete, this IS a simulator after all.

Guil, thanks for the response. I'm setting up a Saitek panel do you know what it's called on the set up screen for game pad? I've been trying to find it but can't see anything obvious. Don't go through too much trouble I can mess with it until I find it. Thanks in advance for your help.

Look at the inputs for keyboard ... it,s ”X” i think.
Then find the same line for gamepad and map according to liking.

I am pretty sure bushes are deleted if you place a building on it.

That is one of my disappointments about FS19. The inability to mow/cut brush. This would be cool to see on the sides of roads and it would be a great mission opportunity, such as clearing the highway ditches.
