Chicken Transport Trailer

Post by lefe1 »

Hello Giants i'm just wondering if we will have an option to transport our chickens soon? like even a small trailer. because I was going to sell 30 chickens and when I seen how much i'll be losing to pay a transport fee... I was like WHAT! 450 buck, i'll caring them under each arm to the sell point for that kind of money :biggrin2: So if you could make a way for use to transport our own chickens(small Trailer), Please, I would really appreciate it. Thank You

I absolutely agree 100%. Each chicken sells for $25. But we have to pay $10 for each chicken we sell. That's a 40% delivery fee..... Per freakin chicken.

That's just ridculous.

I have a profile on New Farmer as well (Felsbrunn) and I only pay $10. That is so messed up.

i was thinking about this yesterday and i think 2 nice options (3 if u include an actual trailer).. the first one is a cage we could pick up and small enough to fit in the pickups or atvs.. maybe hold like 5 chickens or something.. the other would be something like the cages for wool but for chickens instead to be loaded with a forklift onto a small flatbed trailer.. i know that a regular trailer would probs be less work and simpler but idk.. i like things to be interactive lol

I don't think you want to deliver 400 chickens 5 at a time...

a big coop can only hold 400 red.. u selling your chicken business and moving to the city or something lolol.. seriously tho.. like me.. i run close to the cap and only sell a few each day.. then i get the most out of my eggs but make a tiny bit extra for selling a couple chickens so selling 5-10 at a time would work great for my play style

i think the lil animal trailer (the one from fs17) or even the horse trailer would work fine for a chicken trailer.. that's what i used in fs17 with the chicken mod

Pay to get good animals to bred, feed, and than pay someone to haul them off. No wonder farmers keep going broke.

Seriously I just dont get it how they keep overlooking the chicken. Where would the world be without a good chicken.
