I saw somewhere that you have to buy the BGA in order to use the bunker silos, is that true? I'm on ps4 if that helps

make bales with the wrapper, sell them at the barn until you can buy the BGA, I realize it's not the instant gratification so many want, but sometimes you need to work a little to get what you want.
