[FS19] Kuhn tedder is rigid so only works on perfectly flat ground

- Issue: Tedder is rigid and does not flex so only works on perfectly flat ground
- Single- or Multiplayer: single
- Steps to reproduce: Buy Kuhm GF 8712, try to ted grass on uneven terrain
- Does it happen on a standard map without mods yes/no yes

Expected result: The sections of the tedder are not locked in place so will flex and follow changes in the terrain
