Unable to pick up logs.

- Vehicle/Tool/Model/Object: logs.
- Issue: I'm unable to pick up logs in my friends map, picks up and instantly drops again. I had the same issue on FS17. Restarting the game doesn't fix the issue.

This is becoming a serious annoyance. I had the same problem on FS17. When I try to grab the log, it seems to grab and let go instantly so I can only nudge them. Makes tree work impossible.

There's a ton of bug report related to this and Giants did not aknowledge any of them....

So I think that they have no idea on how to fix this...

Yes, by hand. They are well small enough to pick up as my friend whose game it is can pick them up and move them no problem.

Yes I've had the same problem. I think it was the brown tree.. But yes I cut tree trunk.. Says its to heavy.. Cut it again.. Says its to heavy.. Cut it againg.. Cut it again.. Cut it again.. I'm left with this little tiny piece that as big as the characters head.. It still says to heavy to lift .. I cut it once more and the piece disappears lmao. Like really I spent more than a half an hour cutting the same piece of tree trunk down by half's only to to have the smallest of pieces to disappear?? Picking up logs with machinery *censored* too. For what ever reason every time I tried to use the log forks(skid steer, Tele handler, etc) I seem to be pushing the log only.. The fork is open but the log just does not want to seem to go Into the forks. I just keep pushing and pushing.. I even tried to pin the log up against the fence at Ravenports map at the farm they give you... I push the log up over the fence trying to get it into the fork. I also tried the same thing pushing against a tipper trailer.. I push the log and trailer still the log will not go into the fork so I can close it. LOGGING TOTTALY STINKS IN FS19!!

I have noticed the collision of the large brown trees are messed up on a lot of pieces, and its weight is supper heavy. The few times I have been able to pickup a trunk piece by hand, I had to cut them down to think pizzas then i could move them.

Other trees, like the pines work just fine.
The best tool for picking up just about anyting other than the heavy brown tree pieces, are the cranes.
I have had some success with the front-loader logging fork but its tricky and iffy.
The loggin fork on the tellehandler is all but useless.
The logging fork on the front loader is to large for pretty much anything. Though I have not tried it with the heavy brown tree. Perhaps I might try it some time.

I'm not sure what systems everyone else is using, but this issue also exists in the PS4. As far as I can tell, it allows me to lift logs during the first play. Once we save, quit, and reload, I am no longer able to lift logs or anything. Funny enough, the ability to physically go into the store is removed as well (the dialog bubble vanishes).

i have tried almost all the vehicles capable of carrying logs, to which the telehandler is best for me, able to do 2 logs at a time. the wheel loader would be ideal however the log fork on that will pick logs up (unlike some mentioned before here) but it can rarely do 1 since as soon as the closeable bit hits the log pile inside the grab it sees it as solid and wont force it up into the grab. pretty sure this must be a bug
