How do you implement and use all of the amazing PC Mods on PS4?

Go to Best Buy and select a good PC. Download FS 19 and desired mods, set PC down on top of your PS4 and you have PC mods onto PS4.

Hi. This topic has been discussed in depth for FS17, but if you are new to FS, here's the short answer. Consoles have a number of internal limitations that make it impossible for some PC mods to come to console. And unlike PC, consoles can not download mods off internet sites.
