can you turn off plants growing when rain is coming??

my cotton is in stage 4 growing and I just turned growing off because rain is coming soon. hope that works and I will turn on growing again when the rain stops... chas

can cotton bales take the rain ok?

Yes stopping growth works fine so you don't need to worry there. As for cotton bales and rain I do not know...

If you’re asking if it’ll rot or something, no it won’t. However, you can’t harvest in the rain and they will wither I believe if you don’t harvest in time

I avoided withering because I turned off growing in stage 4 until the rain stopped.
