Unable to edit terrain under starting placables

- PC/Mac/PS4/XB1: Xbox one original
- Vehicle/Tool/Model/Object: estancia lapacho map
- Issue:unable to edit terrain where starting placables are removed from when going into farm manager.
- Single- or Multiplayer: both
- Steps to reproduce: load the estancia lapacho map in farm manager and attempt to place an object where starting silo's are or edit terrain via landscaping.
- Does it happen on a standard map without mods yes/no unsure as I have not tried. I prefer the estancia map as it's so far the easiest to modify to my liking other than this issue.

Side note, I'd like to see map original placables in the buyables. I really like the estancia starting silo's and was bummed to see I couldn't place them myself.
