Marwell manor farm crashing

I have started a new save game on marwell manor farm and every time I place down the farmhouse the game completely crashes. I don’t know what is wrong with it. It’s happened about 5 times now. Playing on PS4

In PC can't see "Marwell Farm" in the store at any level

I have the same problem when placing the dog house.
Plus there is fencing missing from the sheep paddock.
Apart from that its an amazing map.
