Accountability at Giants software ?

Is there any ?...Over 3 months on, broken game.
No communication from Giants, no timelines offered.

Over 1 million copies sold, yet no one is held to account and fired, blaming Focus won't cut it, blaming staff shortages is not acceptable.

Blaming and labelling the paying customers as haters and toxic will not cut it.

There needs to be corporate accountability to paying customers.

Also accountability and you getting what you want are not synonyms. If they are short staffed firing people helps how?

Sure communication could be better. Companies sometimes go quiet when things are not going as expected.

Some people have bugs/issues, some are disappointed. But obvisouly people play it. Thus not 'broken'.

How do you know that? Do you work at GIANTS? And is firing the only way for a company to hold an employee accountable for something?

One thing what could really help, if people stop preordering the game will buy it after release date. Also there is possibility to get refund, people should use this. Maybe then game makers would consider to not
release half-made products.

Why would they drop a market that sells hundreds of thousands of copies ??

There are plenty of complaints from all aspects of the game, PS4 Xbox and pc. I've seen a multitude of pc players complain as well as console players.

So on your reckoning giants should just shut up shop and stop making games completely.

Within ten days of launch, developer Giants Software announced that Farming Simulator 19 had sold one million copies. Of that figure, around 45 per cent were on PC, according to the German studio.

450 thousand in pc , that makes 550 thousand on console in 10 days.

Yep giants should stop working with its biggest client sales platform because that makes a whole lot of sense
