Thanks. What's the reason for it though? Like for this game or real life why would people want to bale rather than use a forage Harvester?
You get a different end product for one. When you use a forage harvester, the majority of the time your end product is silage. When you bale and wrap you could be wrapping hay to preserve it at it's best quality.
No, I mean what is the point of baling poplars? Seems like just an extra step unless you want to store them.

Probably for ease of handling, storage and transportation with a compacted product over loose, same as for other baled material.

Wow, are they poplars? Never done poplars in 19. They look substantially different than 17. Thats why I thought its a different crop. Thanks for the heads up :hi:

For the record, the baler doesn't bale woodschips. Woodschips are kind of like impossible to bale. This baler doesn't chip the poplars, but bales them in longer lengths.
I assume people don't use Seasons, unless they say otherwise.

I'm with you mate. I think Giants are doing a great job. Patience and gratitude seem to be in short supply around here it would seem.

Thanks Giants! :biggrin2:

I can say I'm also waiting for this DLC.
People say we've already got most of what's in the DLC, but I can't really agree with that. If we go that way we didn't need the JD tractors, 'since we already had those kinds of tractors'.
These new bale stackers are probably going to see a lot of work. The old stackers have been there for years, and I especially dislike the round bale stacker.
And don't forget about the huge feed mixers! Everything I can get as a DLC and not a mod is usually something I prefer.
I assume people don't use Seasons, unless they say otherwise.

Any chance you can try with a different card or ask the bank if it is being blocked somehow?

So what?
I like to be able to chose.

One gameplay I use the New Holland square baler. The next I use the Massey Ferguson.

This gameplay a Fendt the other a Case.

It keeps things fresh

I haven't played in weeks, due to issues that have been discussed multiple times. But, I must say I am looking forward to this DLC. I really like the idea of the inline wrappers a lot. Putting up hay and silage is one of my favorite things to do, and it seems this DLC adds some really nice tools to this process. The Kuhn DLC was one of my favorites, looks like this could be pretty great too.
