[LOW PRIORITY] Traffic bug in Felsbrunn

- Vehicle/Tool/Model/Object: Mixer Trucks
- Issue: 2 Mixer trucks blocking each other.
- Single- or Multiplayer: Singleplayer
- Steps to reproduce: Just play the game, dunno how rare this is.
- Does it happen on a standard map without mods yes

Hi there!

It is indeed an occurence that happens very rarely. There is no way to fix this without reworking the current spline system and that might break more stuff so it won't be touched anymore, I'm afraid. As a workaround, just save and reload the game and the traffic should reset

Or I think just turning traffic off and on again will reset it too.
