Its a modified twin star, at least thats the one I saw, got triple rear axles and seems to carry containers.

A HUGE pet peeve of mine in this game is that the trucks have tag axles, but you can't do anything with them. I haven't tried this mod yet.

If you want to get technical, it was neither up nor down. It kinda hovered just above the ground. Probably more down than up though.
