FS19 - Saving Game Error - PC

When trying to save a game it will not stop spinning the wheel. It will save fine the first time or two sometimes but then after you save again it will just spin for forever. Its making gameplay really hard I'm loosing alot of progress. I just updated to the latest version from the website. Is there a way to fix this?

One guess what might be causing the issue is that the 'Documents/My Games/FarmingSimulator2019' folder is stored on OneDrive: viewtopic.php?f=963&t=146439&p=1136895#p1136895

But without more information about your setup it will be difficult for others to help here. Therefore please post the log.txt file of the game here (see the link 'log.txt' in my signature for instructions).

Here i the log. It isnt saved in one drive. If you could help that would be amazing Don

Your log.txt shows that you have a number of mod installed that are causing errors or warnings, therefore I would recommend to clean up the mods folder to get rid of all the mods that cause issues.

Since you are using Courseplay and it looks like the version you are currently running is outdated I would also recommend to get the lates developer release of Courseplay from https://github.com/Courseplay/courseplay/releases

The last error in your log is related to saving in combination with Courseplay:

Therefore updating Courseplay might already help to fix the issue. If it still happens afterwards you should get in contact with the Courseplay developers by opening an 'issue' at https://github.com/Courseplay/courseplay/issues so that they can have a look at what is going wrong there.

It's not a courseplay issue, its a mod incompatibility with courseplay causing the issue. Going to the courseplay site won't achieve much as they have no way to fix the problem. The problem resides in the following mods from your log file:

Those would be Custom Modding Mods, and Custom Modding are really shady in that they create their own vehicle types and specialisations for their mods rather then using the game defaults. Therefore any mod which looks and works on the in game vehicle types and specialisations will get complete befuddled by these mods. Courseplay does not know how to handle custom vehicle types, nor can you expect the courseplay developers to anticipate and predict what random custom vehicle types authors may use so they can add it to their mod. Mod Authors need to use the correct vehicle types and specialisations already existing in the game and not make their own.

The same issue can be found with the Man 18500 It Runner Mod found on the actual in game ModHub. That produces the same lockup/crash when trying to save after buying it on a game with courseplay installed, only this one seems to then cause your entire save folder to be deleted and you have to restore your game back from a backup save. The Man IT Runner should also be fixed as a priority as it's on the ModHub, and again it should use the same vehicle types and specialisations as other like mods, not custom made ones the author has thrown in.

Hmm seems that removing all the Custom Modding mods has fixed it and also updating Course Play. Is there any way i can edit the Custom Mods to make them work? Those are some of the best and my most used mods

Playing the game today and had the same Saving Game Error / Save Folder Deleted on game exit error. This time the error is caused by the new MAN TGX Tanker Truck. Just like the Man IT Runner Truck these mods do not play nice if you have Courseplay installed. So just a heads up people that another ModHub Release has something wrong with it, and if I was a betting man I'd say it's because it has the Function in it's xml file incorrectly listed as $l10n_function_tank and it should be $l10n_function_truck. I really wish Giants would look more closely at these mods and stop author's from making up their own custom functions and just use the standard game ones for compatibility with many other mods that have been released.

hello, does anyone has this problem
When i play fs19 and i had enough for that day i save game and then click quit (because i wanna quit from that save/map that i played) but when i press quit game send me to desktop and then in like 3-4sec sends me back in the main menu
I got FS19 on the Epic Games launcher
How can i solve this problem if solutions exists

For some reason today, every time I try to save my game for the first time, it just lads forever. I do not know why and I have restarted my computer 2 times. Can anyone help me out?
