What map is best?

Post by Perbjorkhem »

Just a quick question.

Which of the mod maps do you recommend?
Ps4.

I wish for a map with roads big enough for big harvesters and other equipment.

Also I wish for square fields, so I can hire workers.

Thanks a lot!

The new map added today Osina is great! I don’t usually play European maps unless they are UK but this map has impressed me!

Same here. PNW is the best American map so far.

Im currently spending alot of time on Dahl farm. Spent alittle time on PNW but it didnt impress me like i was hoping. I heavily modified a ravenport save with the terrain modification. Added terraces on most of the hills and created some drainage ditches in some low land. And cleaned it up as much as i could on console. I would love to see midwest horizon come to console but i think that is a high hope. Excited to see the new welker farm and i think when mn melenial farmer comes it will prob be my favorite.

I tried Dahl with high hopes but the lack of detail to the environment was a deal breaker from me. I think MN Farmer maybe a good map of its done right. Lone Oak is what I’m looking forward to just don’t know how far along Oxy is on it.

For me,
1. Marwell Manor
2. Osina - almost still to early to say this though
3. Meadowgrove

I like maps that are based off of real places which is why those are top two. And Meadowgrove is an really nice small machine map.

I'm playing on this map too. The bridges at the town have been a bit problematic (one has an invisible collision that sent my harvester flying over the side) but otherwise I really like this map a lot, the diversity between flat plains and rugged plateau is really good to have in one map and the variety of field sizes/shapes is superb.
