Im no expert but I would say that will be fine for FS19, its not a very hardware demanding game, runs OK on most average PCs ATM.
Sure if you want to you can spend bucketloads you will be able to ramp up the draw distances, shaders and stuff like that to maximum

You'd be able to run the game but it won't look pretty at all as you'll have to run it on minimum settings. For $500 it would likely be better to look at the used market or build your own to be honest.

If you don't mind building one, with all brand new parts, you can build this one, without a case factored in, for just over $500.

But with a small budget such as that I would honestly check out some of the used market.

That first linked one is not great at all, nearly sure the processor is really old and the graphics card is very very low end.

L2K Perma linked a great build that first one from walmart avoid ... avoid all pre built pcs .. if anything just buy the parts and if your too worried to fit them yourself then pay someone .. easy and you will get more for money .... all i will say is go for the gtx 1660 ti range if your going for a 6gb card . the new turing cards are very powerful for the price and without the rtx nonsense

Don't buy PCs from Wal-Mart. Either build one yourself or order a prebuilt online. They will let you choose the parts.

But $500 is going to be pushing things a lot, for that money stay on console.

You can get a pretty decent prebuilt for $800+. It would be WAY more than you'd need for FS. It makes a good starting point if you want to get into building/tweaking/etc...

If you've never built a PC or don't want to go through the learning process, just buy a prebuilt. If stuff starts going wrong, then you can learn to replace parts one by one.

I've gone the PC route and currently play on Xbox FWIW.
FS22 is the best one yet. Fight me!

That's a decent build. Though when dealing with preowned computers, make sure that they allow you to test it before you make the buy, that way so you don't get home and find out that they scammed you because the computer doesn't even start. Most people will agree to do a test to show that it runs the way it should.
