Hello, I wanna thank developers of this mod in advance, I'm sure it will be awesome. I have one question, what's the default geo setup for seasons, I mean default weather is based on which country, region? And addtitionaly, will there be any geo mod availible on release day, I'm mostly interested in UK weather, because I play mostly UK based maps. Thank you and keep up great work :)

Default is based roughly on Dorset / Somerset with a bit more cold to get some snow.

Thanks for the hard work guys, Seasons is really the one mod that totally transforms FS.
Do you have any thoughts or plans on organic farming and how yield, crop rotation, and product prices would be affected?

Hello, I'm new to the forum. I have a question about the seasons 19. It says the wind speed is modeled. Will trees and grass move according to the wind speed?

Yes
That's awesome. I love the sheer amount of detail that's been put into Seasons 19.

I honestly wasn't sure how you.guys could top Seasons 17, but you've blown it out of the water, honestly. Bring on the 24th!

Looks there are around week left when it comes out, just pointing out few things to PC players, that you do not get disappointed after Seasons release:

- Seasons might have some bugs, so be prepared that something is not working as it should.
- Seasons are fully supported only on Giants maps after release
- Default GEO fits to central Europe area, so only Giants map what fits perfectly is Felsbrunn.
- Modder made maps needs some time to be upgraded, be ready to wait 1-2 week, before they get they maps modified and
another 2 weeks until Giants has time to update map on modhub. Few maps might be available more faster on 3rd party websites!

So you're saying that only the vanilla maps will work at the start?

They will all work but need to be modified slightly to offer everything seasons does.

No, i am saying that vanilla maps are fully funcional, other maps can be used also.

From Realismus Modding websites, vanilla maps vs not season compatible maps:
- This makes it possible to have high snow even on unprepared maps. However, it very likely looks bad, though, until the map has been fully prepared.
- Bale rotting still requires a fully prepared map with a special Seasons mask, so that every spot that is expected to cover for rotting also performs that function.
- Placeables from the basegame have received their own masking area so they fit better. Map makers likely need to do this as well to further improve their maps for snow.

So from this i am reading that snow looks bad and to prevent bale rotting need to use vanilla game buildings. Other things seem same.

Yes, vanilla maps will work. But as far as i know, oxygendavinds conversion of "Loan oak farm" is seasons ready, and it will probably be released somewhere around the time the seasons is released. But dont quote me on that. This is just a guess.
