No screen tear but a shadow line?

So after hours of more fiddling iv come to the conclusion its not screen tear ( referring to the old post ) but a shadow line, I tested my theory by driving up and down a road that had tree and fence shadows and the line was exactly where the shadow texture would go from blurry to defined and further that I turnt off shadows and the line was gone so now my plea for help is what do I do about it or is there nothing I can do? Iv watched PC youtubers and haven't noticed the same line so.. And playing without shadows is worse than the line!!!

Only what iv stated in my post all settings are default apart from triple buffering on and playing with each vsync setting which is now set to on which is default
And I don't have this problem in any other game just fs19

I guess mean you it works 100%? If so yes the monitors fine as I can play any another game with current settings and have never witnessed screen tear.. Just with fs19

no luck mate, just get micro stuttering ontop of screen tear.. maybe its because fs19's ingame frame limiter is on? i know you can press f3 ingame to disable it but its no longer working for me and i have developer controls on true and -disableframelimiter in steam so.. i dont understand whhy they dont have an option in the settings menu? anyway i think im just stuck with the tear until i get a faster hz monitor which *censored* but maybe i can get used to the tear if i play long enough. thanks for tryna help tho appreciate it

@Daviss42: could you post the log.txt of the game (see the link 'log.txt' in my signature)? This way others can check the graphics settings set in the game itself.

For disable frame limiter u must turn off vsync then just press F3. It works. Stupid question but you have -disableframelimiter activ all time(with vsync on)? I dont have FS19 on steam so i cant check how this command work with vsync

I know this might not help but if the screen-tear is new and you didn’t have it before you bought your new pc, I’m assuming there is something going on in config. If you have not had FS19 before buying the PC, there might be difference in how it looks on console to the PC version.
I have only every played FS on pc so I don’t know, but my FS works just fine, no tearing -hence it it’s not the game itself causing the problem.
Have you tried going back to absolutely stock and default settings on everything, including any overclocks, Nvidia settings and game settings?

Yep im just reinstalling fs19 so everythings gonna be default but will post log once I'm able to access it!

No I only put it after creating this thread as I seen it mentioned somewhere but didn't make any difference so I removed it.. Currently reinstalling fs19 to see if that helps with everything being default will post my log once I'm able to access it
