[Dedicated Server] Weird Issue

Hey

I have a dedicated server running an fs19 server :
Intel Xeon E5-1620 v4 3.50Ghz
32Gb ram

The CPU doesn't go over 30% and ram doesn't go over 9Gb
but as soon as 3 or more people cut grass the game play starts lagging as hell with vehicles speeds jumping around :/

Any ideas why ? or where this could come from ?

Is yr server hard wired? I usually get lag when my server is wireless.
