How to determine Bin Capacity size?

Because what is measured is the volume of the trailer / bin / silo. I believe the whole world agrees that volume is measured in litres, even though USA measures liquid in gallons.

Yes, the materials are measured by weight. But you can't measure the volume of a silo or a hopper by weight, and that is what the capacity size in FS is directed at.
