It is pretty sweet getting all these maps with new crops on them. Thank you mod makers for taking it upon yourselves to add new elements to the game.
I'm living on flat map and lone oak...what new crops and which maps? Lol

Both maps that dropped today gave new cross. I can't spell them. R.D.C has different crops, the old farm country side has like rye, sorghum, and millet. Also, gielsburg has a different crop.

Chinaschilf is Chinese silver grass I believe a giant hybrid is used for forage IRL.
In game use a forage harvester with mowing head to collect chaff from this crop.

Esparsette is a legume crop I believe IRL it is said to be beneficial to ruminant animals.
This can be simply mown to give grass, although crop texture doesn't change still appears as fully grown after mowing but in menu shows as harvested.

Kunstwiese, couldn't find much info on this, only a few videos on YouTube where a farmer is planting it and refers to it as "bastard grass" so I assume its a grass/pasture crop. In game this is mown to also give grass.

Hope that helps, just spent last hour trying to figure it out for myself also

Regarding Welker, the landscaping tool still only paints flat green texture no grass! The map border is still off centered!
