Game Crash (Blue Screen) on Customization (PS4)

I tend to play with Autosave off as it is safer to manually save before trying things and being able to get back to the previous version without the danger of the game updating what I may want to undo.

On three occasions now I have had the game crash when I try to Customize a tractor. It seems to occur after a long time between manual saves and has happened on Mod and non-Mod tractors. Last night it was on a New Holland T7 (the largest “normal” one). I had amalgamated some fields on the new Wola map and cultivated them. I had saved before cultivating. As the T7 seemed a little slow on cultivating I decided to upgrade to the more powerful engine and got a Blue screen!

I ought to save more frequently, but it is so easy to get engrossed and forget. I haven’t tried this on Xbox One, but could try to see if I can make it happen there.
