1) It takes anywhere between weeks and months to make good mods.

2) Modders can't add script mods to consoles so this sort of mod is impossible on consoles anyway (other than editing hundreds of pieces of individual equipment, which would take forever and GIANTS won't let it through, as it would likely be a complete mess).

3) Modders don't need to do anything. Modders create what modders want to create.

There would only be 2 ways to make this happen.. A heavy set of scripting which at this point doesnt exist and would most certainly be pc only.. The other way is by a modder making their individual pieces of equipment available as used as was pointed out already in this thread.

This is one of the reasons the roleplay forum exists.. you should stop by and have a look around.. Sure, it requires a bit of imagination.. but we are already playing this in a video game so it cant be that much of a stretch.. plus I am going to go out on a limb based on the general position and repeated wording in your posts here that you are young enough that imagination should be in good supply
