[quote=Fifty1990 post_id=1224005 time=1577890349 user_id But all off the maps feel like i am in a game and not real life to me. The roads are to straight on sussex for me and to brand new.

AJ maps aren't supposed to be like real life, thats not the point of them. They are made for 1 the way hewants them, and 2 for everyone. He puts in so many other things to do in ADDition to farming.
Let's get some cows!

Sorry fifty, I retract my statement to you. I would say he wouldn't like his work being called cartoonish and oxy should take his project to make it better.

i never used the work cartoonish :D and nobody can make his project better just different. what for some people can be better. but i can understand how some people see it as cartoonish. when fs19 released in the beginning with the bright colours it looked more like a cartoon to me than fs17. i always do a good walk trough on alien jims new maps to see what he al did to it. really liked the new crane for free lime on the new sussex map.

Not sure what there is to be offended about. You can't assume to have it all, there is nothing wrong with trading detail for functionality as AJ has done with Sussex. I don't think anyone else has pushed the limits of the game like AJ has, that being said, it's only natural that some people are going to question the trade-off. Every map creator has different skill sets, you wouldn't expect the functionality of AJ's on Oxy's or vice versa... which is why I hit the 'combine' button. So we can have it all :)

If they did decide to work together cool, but for one to say oxy should take his project to make it better is something different. It is a good thing he makes it for his liking.

Can we? I think Mr SealyP stated, that AlienJim tries to Keep the Slot-Count (and Mod-Space) down as he Always cares About console-players. If we get more Details both would make a good jump up and lots of console-players will get in Trouble.

I think it is better to let everybody do what they do best. That way some ppl can Play on realistic Maps and other ppl have Maps that fit for their Gameplay. For me Gameplay is way more important than graphics (if it were the opposite I wouldn't Play on console but on a high end gaming pc…)

What about greenwich valley high in detail low in slot count? What about the old stream farm high in detail low in slot count?

I don't think Sussex is cartoonish. 😁 What IS funny is that on one of the fields across from the farm, my fertilizing AI all of a sudden started backing in circles and just kept doing it. I guess he's not getting paid enough. Angry people do odd things. Using Seasons and New Farmer. It's very amusing. It might be one of the pieces of equipment. I finished the field myself after the novelty wore off. It looked like he was trying to back over the spreader.

AJ's maps are really great if you just want to play, try different things and hire a worker or two without them getting confused or stuck.
