Big thanks to the modder who made this thing. Only one small problem with it, how nice would it be when you could connect it to your forage harvester. Sadly it has a ball hitch and those hitches don’t work on the forage harvesters. So a request for kyosho (the modder) can you adjust the hitch maybe to a pin hitch so this connects to the forage harvesters would mean a great help for the console community.

We don’t have follow me or courseplay and the only way we can make silage is true hiring a worker on the machine, play in multiplayer or connect a trailer to the back off the harvester. This is painfully slow sometimes and giants screwed us over by making different connections on those machines for fs19.

Also nice is that a modder works with the annaburger in game trailer and made a different hitch on it or made it multifruit compatible.

Unfortunately it's a manufacturers choice in regards to why they dont, nothing to do with giants. The ones u do see are custom

Manufactures don’t make the game. Giants does and relaxing on the realism thing for that part wouldn’t kill anybody or would it?

This is false. The Krone BigX 580 put out by Giants themselves, will attach to any trailer.\

Giants chose to make all the forage harvesters only hook to ring style hitches, but didn't bother on the 580 when they released it.

There is no harm in a dude asking the modder to create different customizable hitch options. If the modder says no, ok then.

The krone 580 and the rostelmash mod one are the only trailers that can attach all trailers because they are a simple conversion from fs17 to 19 explains their low slot count also. Why giants changed that completely from 17 to 19 i don’t know. But hey if they gave more about the console side of things we got a completely different game with other tricks to work around slot count and bale count

No, the model creator picks what it attaches too. Someone above stated that the manufactures dictate how the hitches operate. I stated that is false because two Krone models, both by Giants, have different hitch setups. The modeler determines the hitch properties, not the manufacture. All base game forage harvesters will only attach to ring style hitches. This means a mod has to be used.

In addition, the helper AI will not work with a trailer using a ring style dolly, such as the sugarcane trailer, because it will jackknife the trailer and prevent the harvester from continuing on. This means if a player wants to use a forage harvester with a trailer and the helper AI, they have to use the Krone BigX 580 or another modded forage harvester that will accept any type of trailer.

On mod hub there's an attachment for the back of wheeled loaders to enable it to tow trailers , can't the same be done for foragers ?
