Touchy ps4 controls

Is there anyway to make the steering controls when driving a little less finicky on PlayStation 4? I have it turned down to the lowest setting 50% and it is still very very touchy. This makes driving extremely frustrating. Is there any way this can be improved?.Thank you

Only other games give you that type of option. So, you're stuck trying to follow the detailed instructions of Barrcott.
