DEDICATED SERVER NOT WORKING

Hello,

So me and a friend have a dedicated server and we can find it on the list and join.

Then it gets stuck on the player synchronizing Data screen.

It worked for 2 days no issues. My server site says its online acknowledges my player joined. I've deactivated mods, watched the logs, checked the latest patch and update.
all i get is this however below it, it will say it started

Error: Unable to start game server: Could not save settings for gameserver start

Please help, this is getting very frustrating...

I've left on sync screen for 20min maybe longer, nothing changes
