Problem for upload a mod on the modhub !

Hello,
I have a little problem with the modhub in order to upload a mod on it.
Let me explain: I took a mod from FS17, so I modified the 3d in order to make some parts of the tool more realistic as in real life, and I also did udim textures for fs19 on all l 'tool. So I asked the original author of this mod FS17 if I could put it back for download on FS19 so converted and re-script from A to Z. He therefore gave me his agreement but once on the modhub, the modhub refuses my mod and asks me for a "certification" from the original author to put the tool in this case, but how to show the modhub that I therefore had the authorization of the original author?

Copy/Paste the certification proof and include it in your certification comments when you submit the mod?
