Animal pens not found

I am having a problem on Greenwich valley farm and charwell farm where the animal pens are not showing up and it says there are no pens available...the sell points have disappeared and the house that u sleep in has also vanished. I’ve tried to uninstall and remove all data on the Xbox one but nothing has changed
