Classic equipment that you would like to see

Post by MrSquealypig »

It's pretty rare for old machinery to make it into the game because there are no digital models available for modders to work with and brands would rather have their new equipment in the game for advertising.

But we have been fortunate enough to get a few good ones, even on console.

I'm just curious what older tractors, combines, etc. you guys wish would get modded into the game. Pictures or videos are encourage so us non-real-life- farmers can appreciate them.

This thread was inspired by me discovering the Massey-Harris Super 35 combine:

This.

 Joking. I would like to see an old JD pull behind harvester just for nostalgia's sake. I used to sit on my grandfathers lap in the tractor while he harvested wheat with something similar when I was a kid. Or even old Farmall tractors.

Since I'm a big fan of the This Farm Wife youtube channel, I'd love to see an old Gleaner F2 (Gerdie). I see someone made one for FS17, but I haven't had any luck finding one for 19 and I have no idea how to convert mods.

Licensing is always such an interesting topic with the complicated history of these companies. How would the licence for Allis Chalmers be acquired? I seem to remember them being somehow connected to AGCO...

But anyway, back on topic. I'd like to see the Case 495.

Allis Chalmers is really the start of AGCO, after Duetz bought them out, they then sold out to a group of senior employees who acquired Allis and Gleaner. (Allis Gleaner Corporation)

Allis-Gleaner Company. Shortened to Agco Corporation. I like the more modern Allis from 80s/90s.

Word on the barn lane is jd 55 series is coming to console, I will be happy with that. Wouldn't mind having a Case Agri King 70 series either, in white not that horrid yellow.
