Create your custom workers

We should be able to create our own set of workers in-game.

As it is now, your worker is (for example) a white dude. You take over the tractor for a second to correct something he missed and then when you turn on the worker again, it’s a black chick!

Sometimes I’m turning on and off workers for minutes till I finally get that hot middle eastern looking sheila.

I agree, some work should be put into improving your employees.
As you suggest, hire specific workers (with actual names).
Then, when you want a worker to take over a task, you could be presented with a list of your workers.
I think it would help make your farm a little more personal, if you always knew you'd be able to choose "Sheila", that hot middle eastern looking girl.

To me, as a Dutch guy, Sheila sounds pretty exotic!

Contractor mod locks the worker into a definable character. You select the looks, name etc and how many workers you want to be available, and they will stay the same, problem solved -unless you’re on console, if so I don’t think it can be done.

I suspect that is what iwan meant using the word. I just thought I'd make a funny, since Sheila is an actual woman's name as well.
So he could have a sheila named Sheila.

Sheila is a name? Oh actually Paul Hogan used to call women Sheilas all the time, so I should know.
