What are your thoughts on this all in one package game dlc thing?

Personally I won't buy it, but maybe it would be good for a new person who wants everything.

Yup, I realize that. I didn't mean to suggest they try to sell it to the same fans over and over.
Other game companies chop up their game into different packages and release them all at once.
At least Giants is waiting until there is enough content to make it a premium edition.
If they continue with DLC before releasing 21, there may be other editions of 19.

They said there would be 3 more DLC’s to come for FS19 and this Alpine expansion is the third one.

Well, they said 3 dlc this year.... Not that there would be only 3 more dlc's, if i remember that correctly.
And thus the door for more dlc's aren't completely closed
