I'm lost. I did the google for four personality types and they weren't the ones you listed. Broken thread is broken = reported.

I see way more of the driver personality traits in real life farmers, myself and the ones who taught me included, than amiable.

I assume farmers tend towards helping others. That's an amiable trait. I'm not expert though...

Also, most people claim to be drivers until they take a self-assessment and see they have other traits they didn't think about.
