Multi terrain angle and problems with grass and straw

I recently added multi terrain angle to a map (have done it countless times to other maps without problem) and now the grass and straw won't pick up when baling even with standard Fs19 equipment, it's for my own private usage as I prefer the realism that multi terrain angle brings to the game, is there something simple that I am missing or is the map just not able to have M.T.A. without causing problems
