Sure, since you're, according to your signature, are on PC, that is easy.
Just zip the savegame folder, and send away.
Mods might take a bit to transfer, if you use a lot of those.

And mods aren't saved in the savegame folder, but in the mods folder.

The mods needs to be the same version on both ends to be sure that it loads just fi e
