However, If you're from anywhere else, you can continue to give away your information for free, and shower Giants with free promotion.

No, I thought it was for everyone. They didn't state who it was for very clearly, but that's typically giants. They are terrible at communicating.

If you think "most" and "all" are the same thing, then what ever.

I was letting people know who can and cannot win, in case they didn't know. They can continue playing a lottery with zero chance to win if they like.
