Sorry, but I'm pretty sure you wouldnt be able to have missions for it because there is nothing for towing in the base game because the cars never need to be towed for anything, but the tow truck itself could probably be on console depending on how it works. If it just lifts up the vehicle It might work

Let me start off by saying, I realize there's been no replies in around 3 months. So, thread revival.

I don't know about a wheel lift style truck, but I could see a flatbed/roll off being useful for picking up cars, skid steers and smaller tractors.

It would also be useful with a winch option for stuck equipment.

A tow truck/flatbed towtruck/wrecker would most definitely be a good Idea for at least modhub so that small vehicle transportation and unstucking vehicles would be a LOT easier. And about not being able to add missions, I'm not sure about missions but Ik you can modify the games actual properties with modhub mods (ex. precision farming, placeable sell points, etc).
