The reason that the newholland tractor can have the ford name on it is because when they bought ford ford gave them the rights to use there name on that one tractor not any others as newholland dont own the name rights to for the ford family still own them so to get ford on xonsole fully giants would need to go to the ford family

Genesis is the family of tractor, like 8000/8R series is, not a name brand.

Its some kind of loop hole because New Holland is named first so its technically NH first then a Ford. Thats why many complain Versatile not in fs because parent company that owns Rostelmash owns Versi.

I heard someone is making a Versatile for the ModHub, so we might get to see that theory tested

New Holland did NOT buy ford ,
The Ford tractor division held a controlling share in New Holland & was amalgamated when FiatAgri bought the Ford tractor division , the Genisis was designed by Ford engineers & therefore was one of the last true ford tractors
The agreement was FiatAgri could continue to sell Ford branded tractors over a two-year transition period before rebranding the tractors as New Holland. Thus the decals read Ford then Ford New Holland then just New Holland
The genisis was designed originally by Ford engineers ,built by Buhler/Versatile & financed by FiatAgri, sold & marketed by all three in their respective colours ,

At no time did New Holland buy Ford tractors

Simple answer really, they dont get submitted. There are probably numerous reasons for this:

Most of these mods are edits of other mods.
Most of these mods are likely put together from hacked up other mods which would lead to the whole "mod stealing" argument
Most of these mods would never pass Giants testing
Modders know these wont be allowed on console so they dont bother to mess with Giants
