I know they plant quite a little corn there, they are probably getting ready to start planting pretty soon

I like Midwest horizons still.
1300 acre farm, finish out just about 10,000 hogs a year, 200 cattle, and xbox one and pc user.

West Texas will be mostly corn, beans, wheat and hay. Some cotton too.

Need to look at Midwest Horizons also I guess.
So the short list:
Stay on Medicine Creek
Stone Valley
West Texas
Maybe Midwest Horizons

Definite No’s:
County line. Just lacks some the polish that helps maps feel real.
Elkader, to small farmer and already have a save.
Nebraska Lands, even flatter/opener than SV. And never caught my eye driving around on it.

Well, as it seems you haven't desided yet, i'll sugest a trip to europe, and Kleinhau.
It's a nice big map (4x) with a lot of land, and different size fields, plenty of hilly terrain, and a ton of forrestry opportunities.

ps, Farmer Klein have a series going there if you need a look.

I think the neighbors wouldn’t appreciate a 9570R on duals though...

What about leaving 45ft headers on while traveling on the road?
I might hate header trailers...

That's why you should always use one of those lovely draper headers that unfold into their own header trailer!

Also, if we are recommending European maps, Eiersholt? Plenty of big fields, nice rolling landscape, not full of super tight little yards and roads so getting equipment about isn't a big problem and the main farm yard has a lot of really nice buildings and storage facilities already in place.

Eiersholt is a beutifull map, but it currently have an error in it, so you either need to run with the forrage extention, or replace a file in the zip to get the cattle to accept feed

I was about to say did that not get fixed with an update recently, but looking at the change log that was to do with a problem with the horse paddock.
