Does anyone have a contact for RusAgroTeh?
Or maybe there are models team members.
May I ask you to add the script for MTZ 1025 for consol version? That could be totally awesome!

You need to send this request to Microsoft/Sony. They are the ones that won't allow scripts.

Some time ago I received the info from Giants Support that the author of the mod is responsible for implement mods for the console version because he needs a script to implement some extra features into the mod for example.

And actually, I don't get it, why some Tractor mods from RusAgroTeh are available in PS4/XB1 Mod hub, but only that one, I mention is not. HTZ 17221-21 - available
HTZ T-150K - same story.

MTZ 1025 - not....
They can just update the mod, I guess

If it is a script already available to use on console then I guess if they choose to it could be added. If it's a script not already in game for console then that's where the issue already mentioned comes in.
